Health Insurance
The Partnership provides medical, dental, and vision coverage to its employees. The Partnerships pays 90% of an individual health care premium, and 75% of the additional premium the Partnership is charged for child, spouse, or family coverage. Health care coverage begins from date of hire.
Retirement Plan
The Partnership offers a 401(k) retirement plan which is 100% vested from date of hire. The Partnership will match employee contributions up to 4% of each paycheck.
Annual Leave
Each full time employee is eligible to accrue 15 days of annual leave per year. After two years with the Partnership, employees accrue leave at the rate of 17 days per year.
Sick Leave
Each full time employee is eligible to accrue 10 sick leave days per year.
Administrative Leave
Administrative paid leave is provided, in addition to annual leave, sick leave for such things as medical appointments, family emergencies or meeting repair or delivery persons at home.
Paid Holidays
The Partnership recognizes 11 paid holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving.
Life and Disability Insurance
The Partnership covers its employees with a life insurance policy that will pay an amount equal to an employee’s annual salary, up to $110,000, to designated beneficiaries. The Partnership also provides long and short-term disability insurance for employees.
Gym Subsidy
The Partnership will subsidize 50% of the cost of the building's gym membership.

The Partnership for Public Service is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to serve as the Director of Research and Policy. With oversight for the production of a portfolio of highly visible research activities and products, the Director of Research and Policy will lead a diverse and capable team, providing guidance and mentoring to staff and consultants.
Associate Manager, Center for Government Leadership
As an Associate Manager for the Center for Government Leadership you will be expected to bring an energetic and positive attitude to supporting our efforts to transform the culture of a federal agency through customized leadership development and innovation programs.
Program Associate, Communication and Events
The Partnership is seeking a detail-oriented professional, with a strong commitment to public service and at least two to three years project and event planning experience, to provide day-to-day management of the annual Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medals (Sammies) program and related events.
Program Associate, Research
The Partnership is seeking an entry-level researcher with a strong commitment to public service to help carry out a broad spectrum of research projects designed to improve the effectiveness of government and government management. The Research Associate will play a key role in producing and promoting a variety research products, from issue briefs, literature reviews, and reports to launch events, roundtables and symposia.
