Health Insurance
The Partnership provides medical, dental, and vision coverage to its employees. The Partnerships pays 100% of an individual health care premium, and 75% of the additional premium the Partnership is charged for child, spouse, or family coverage. Health care coverage begins from date of hire.
Retirement Plan
The Partnership offers a 401(k) retirement plan which is 100% vested from date of hire. The Partnership will match employee contributions up to 4% of each paycheck.
Professional Development
The Partnership offers up to $2,500 per year per employee to allow you to take advantage of training and development opportunities.
Annual Leave
Each full time employee is eligible to accrue 15 days of annual leave per year. After two years with the Partnership, employees accrue leave at the rate of 17 days per year.
Personal Religious Days
Each employee is entitled to two personal religious days each year for religious observances that are not already provided in holiday leave.
Sick Leave
Each full time employee is eligible to accrue 10 sick leave days per year.
Administrative Leave
Administrative paid leave is provided, in addition to annual leave, personal religious days or sick leave for such things as medical appointments, family emergencies or meeting repair or delivery persons at home.
Paid Holidays
The Partnership recognizes 11 paid holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving.
Life and Disability Insurance
The Partnership covers its employees with a life insurance policy that will pay an amount equal to an employee’s annual salary, up to $110,000, to designated beneficiaries. The Partnership also provides long and short-term disability insurance for employees.
Metrochek Program
The Metrocheck Program allows you to purchase vouchers for public transportation with pre-tax dollars.
Gym Subsidy
The Partnership will subsidize 50% of the cost of the building's gym membership.

Development Associate
The Development Associate for Individual Giving and Membership Programs will assist with the implementation of the Partnership’s efforts to solicit individual donors for annual giving, coordinate Combined Federal Campaign outreach, and administer the Principals in Public Service program.
Development Manager
The Partnership for Public Service seeks a development professional to support its efforts to build sustainable financial support through corporate giving, foundation grants, government fee-for-service programs, special events and major gifts. The scope of the position spans the full range of corporate relations from prospect identification, to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
Program Manager, Government Transformation
As a Program Manager for Government Transformation, you will be expected to bring an energetic, positive attitude to developing new programs to benefit senior government executives and customized programs for individual agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant or management professional interested in helping federal leaders become more effective.
Program Associate, Government Transformation
As a Program Associate for Government Transformation, you will be expected to bring an energetic, positive attitude to organizing and facilitating the logistical elements of our existing programs while also developing plans to expand into programs for senior executives and individual agencies. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to help hundreds of government leaders.
